Rm 6: Senator O's Room

Pennsylvania State Senator Donald O. Oesterling {1965 - 1972} and wife, Ann M. Oesterling, RN, often enjoyed the comforts of the Inn for many years before purchasing their own property along Slippery Rock Creek. Senator O, as was his namesake, called Slippery Rock home for many years with his family and his grandchildren, who now reside in his original Cottage on the Creek.  

This pet-friendly B&B room includes a 19th-century four-pencil-poster queen bed with a new 14" memory foam queen mattress and 100% cotton linens equipped with extra pillows. The room also includes a smart TV, private shower, and toilet located on the 1st floor towards the back of the newer, 1988 buildout. The spacious seating area includes easy-to-use individual heating & a/c unit on newly laid flooring. 

As our guest, you have access to all shared areas: sunroom, brick patio deck with propane fire pit, sun umbrellas shading spacious patio, quiet living room with gas fireplace, and front porch sitting area and open grounds.  

A twin-size memory foam rollaway bed is available upon request for an additional charge.
