Reservation Policies

Deposit: A one night deposit per room is required with the remainder due upon arrival. Credit Cards Accepted: VISA & MASTERCARD (preferred) and AMERICAN EXPRESS. A 6% occupancy tax will be added to room charges as well as a 3% Butler County bed tax.

Confirmation: Confirmation will be returned by mail or FAX. Please honor the arrangement by arriving and departing on schedule.

Cancellation: Deposit will be refunded if cancellation is received one week prior to arrival date. This policy also applies to short notice reservation situations. If you find it necessary to cancel within one week prior to scheduled arrival, we will make every effort to fill your room and if successful will return your deposit less a service charge. We do offer 3 months to rebook without loss of deposit. There is a $10 service charge on all cancellations. Early departures will be handled as any other cancellation if the room cannot be rebooked.

Check In Time: 3:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m. * Late arrivals by prior arrangement only.

Check Out Time: 11:00 a.m.

Breakfast: 7:00 a.m. to 9:00 a.m.
